One on One Personal Training

Personal training is one-on-one fitness instruction that incorporates fitness assessments, goal setting, and exercise education. Following an introductory session, your trainer will guide you through challenging workout routines specifically designed for your fitness needs.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp combines the best of cardiovascular and strength training. Expect to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals of free weights, plyometrics, cardio training & balance work.

17 & Under

Being active for at least 60 minutes daily and limiting time spent being sedentary to less than 2 hours per day can help children:

-Improve their health
-Do better in school
-Improve self-esteem and confidence
-Maintain a healthy body weight
-Improve their fitness
-Grow stronger
-Have fun playing with friends.
-Learn Culture & Traditional practices if preferred.

Health and fitness is the state of being healthy both, physically and mentally. Regular exercises and balanced diet can improve health and fitness of a person. We can define health as the state of complete mental, physical and social well-being of a person. It is not only the absence of illness, diseases or infirmity.

Special populations include those with chronic and temporary health conditions. CSPSs design safe and effective exercise programs, provide guidance to help clients achieve their personal health/fitness goals, and recognize and respond to emergency situations.

Introducing strength and conditioning/weight training aims to make muscles and bones stronger in specific areas of the body. The routines you undertake within a set programme will be dependent on what you are trying to achieve by providing experienced coaching in confidence building and installing motivational skills.
